“I have been working with Raeann for more than a year. I'd always had a handle on nutrition and was already familiar with counting macros. But, as I got further into perimenopause, it was harder and harder to not get frustrated. Weight was stickier, my overall comfort with my body lessoned, and my time and willingness to teach myself what I knew I was missing (strength training - what and how much) diminished. I found Raeann when I recognized I was willing to do whatever a trainer told me to do. 

At first, I was worried about getting into a gym training routine without an onsite trainer, but my schedule demanded I be able to do it very flexibly. The workouts pushed what I thought I was capable of, but ultimately the frequency and the work outs themselves were manageable. Raeann provided videos and answered questions along the way. She was invested in my not getting injured. I had a shoulder injury that flared, and she worked me through that providing encouragement and patience and insistence that I listen to my body. 

Raeann continues to be encouraging and supportive. When I start to doubt, she shares the wins and the growth. Adding her into my life has been the best investment in ME I could have made! I thought six months would have been my cap, but I was just getting started. I've now developed a love of strength training and a full appreciation of why and how it helps me live my best life.
