I’m Paula, a certified PN1 Nutrition Coach, passionate about guiding women through the complexities of menopause transition with confidence. I’m deeply committed to continuing my education and am currently expanding my expertise in female hormones and women's wellness to better support my clients.

Having personally experienced the challenges of perimenopause, I understand the journey firsthand. Through a balanced approach to nutrition, HRT, exercise, and rest, I’ve found a way to thrive during this transformative phase.
